In addition to being a comprehensive resource on mergers& acquisitions carried out by French investors in the US, Sidney also provides tax advisory services to corporations and individuals investing in the US. • François Musé: Consulting Partner, French American Accountancy, LLP As a manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP, Francois worked in their San Francisco, Paris and Sacramento, CA, offices.  He left Deloitte to become CFO of the Chalone Wine Group (Nasdaq: CHLN).  In 2000, he founded French American Accountancy, LLP.
