TITLE: Administration Assistant

LOCATION: San Francisco

COMPANY: The Consulate General of Canada is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Administration Assistant in their San Francisco office.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for providing administrative support services to the Administration and Consular Program, as well as providing internal administrative support to the other Programs in the office by:
• Providing general information on company policies and procedures
• Managing the personnel and property files for the Consulate General
• Liaising with service providers or other government agencies to deliver services to internal clients
• Ordering supplies and coordinating materiel services
• Providing various administrative support services

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Secondary school diploma.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in providing administrative support services and responding to inquiries from internal clients.
• Excellent written and oral skills in English
• Experience in operating a computer, Microsoft Office Suite and researching the Internet.
• Knowledge of French would be an asset.

DETAILS
• Candidates must be able to legally work in the United States prior to applying.

Enjoy pushing the limits of JavaScript and manipulating the DOM to your will? Are you a master at crashing Firefox, and then figuring out how to make your web app run efficiently? Loopt is looking for a creative and motivated client-side web application developer. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working at successful start-ups building compelling web user interfaces. The position involves designing, building, delivering, and maintaining features in the web interface to the Loopt service. Must be ready for a fast paced environment with aggressive timelines.

The position requires extensive knowledge of web user interfaces, and the ability to communicate and work closely across multiple engineering and marketing teams.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required: Expert in JavaScript, AJAX, DOM, HTML and CSS; Working knowledge of a server side scripting language (e.g. ASP, PHP, JSP, etc.)
Nice to Have: Flash animation skills; Working knowledge of ASP.NET; Experience with backend technologies (ASP, Java, Web servers, Databases)

Telltale is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team. This position will design, implement and debug code for multiple platforms, including PC, Wii and XBox (among others).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute to the design and direction of Telltale Technology.
- Develop and maintain core game engine technologies such as resource loading, memory management, performance tuning.
- Develop and maintain core game systems (eg: animation, audio, ai, etc)
- Develop and maintain authoring tools.

PROFILE:
Essential Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 4 years industry experience.
- Must have completed production on at least two games.
- Fluent C/C++ (templates, design patterns, STL, etc).
- Very strong general 3D programming background.
- Fluent with DirectX 8.1 and 9.0 (graphics and sound).
- Fluent with Win32 API, WTL experience a plus.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience designing and implementing a complete game system such as animation, ui, resource management, etc.
- Experience in game AI or Natural Language Processing.
- Console development experience (Xbox and Wii preferred).
- C# and Lua experience.
- Maya experience (as a user and API).
