The San Francisco French-American Chamber of Commerce (FACC)
provides a wide variety of trade services. We can help you in
various aspects of your business needs such as: field research
and business set-up, business development and
expansion, as well as a host of other services.
In order to access those services, membership to the French-American Chamber of Commerce is required.
Field Research and set-up
Through its experience and knowledge of the local business culture,
the FACC can provide practical information on the economic
situation, areas for strong growth, as well as the local
professional and cultural practices. Our teams will respond to your
e-mail and telephone requests at any time. In addition, we
regularly attend events targeting specific countries. These events
are organized by the CCI’s in France and enable us to meet you
wherever you are based. We will also assist you in your business
set-up by identifying barriers that could potentially
affect you such as immigration, taxes, visas, etc… thanks in great
part to referrals by our local expert members, discovery workshops,
business plan development, sales and marketing plans.

We will organize customized discovery and networking programs –
usually during 2 or 3 days, they usually include:

Introduction to and awareness of cultural differences;

Suggestion of activities: events, conferences, tourist and cultural

Events
We can lead any event for you: for delegations, panel discussions -
conferences, dinners, Gala evening, Promotional Gala, Tasting gala,
Expert round table, etc… You can hire us to work on the content and
format. We can also find the location, organize the communication
(invitation, phone follow-ups, etc) and ensure that there is a
presence at the event.
Do you only require logistic support? We will find logistic
solutions which are convenient for you (hotel, flight, dinner,
business appointments, evenings, visits, etc.).

- Direct marketing
Some chapters of FACC provide services in direct marketing,
telemarketing, mailing (list cleaning, contact research and
introduction, appointment setting, promotion). This service can be
complemented by advice on your sales pitch, call flow and relevant
marketing literature for that purpose.

FACC will introduce you to marketing, communications, advertising
and PR agencies, which specialize in your specific requirements
