We will provide you with an FDIC insider's view on the financial crisis during this talk given by Lori M. Honjiyo, in-house counsel. Subjects include the multi-billion dollar government bail-out plan (TARP Act), loan guarantee act, and the recent bank failures. Don't miss this occasion to get valuable insight on how your funds are affected in the current climate.

Lori Honjiyo    FDIC, In-House Counsel

She has been with the FDIC since 1990 and currently serves as a counsel senior litigator in the San Francisco Regional Office. Her areas of expertise include bank regulation, bank compliance issues, consumer protection laws and FDIC enforcement litigation. Most recently she was part of the litigation team that successfully prosecuted CompuCredit Corp. This case involved the alleged deceptive marketing of subprime credit cards to thousands of consumers.
