Graham LLP
Prior to practicing law in California, Mr.
Michels had been an attorney in Hamburg, Germany for several years. His
primary practice areas are international business transactions, primarily in
corporate, financing, licensing and intellectual property matters. Mr.
Michels represents domestic and foreign, especially German, entities doing
business in the United States and Europe. His practice focuses on primarily
small and mid-cap companies in the information technology, biotechnology,
nanotechnology, and renewable energy industries.Mr. Michels' native language
is German. In addition, he is fluent in English and speaks French.

Elizabeth Tillson, Ph.D., RAC, CQA, VP, Regulatory Affairs & Quality, Cerus
Dr. Tillson joined Cerus with considerable
regulatory experience. She has a successful track record which includes
submissions for HIV, malaria and CMV vaccines as well as overseeing several
regulatory submissions and manufacturing inspections for class I, II, and
III medical devices. Before joining Cerus she was the vice president of
Regulatory Affairs at Onyx Pharmaceuticals, a biotech company developing
oncology products. Prior to Onyx, Dr. Tillson was the vice president of
Regulatory Affairs at Arriva Pharmaceuticals where she had responsibility
for regulatory affairs, quality control and quality assurance, preclinical
and clinical studies. She holds a bachelor's degree in honors biology, a
master's degree in biology and a doctorate in cell biology from the
University of Illinois.

Kevin
Dwyer Managing Partner, VP, Regulatory Affairs (from Genentech) Pacific
BioDevelopment
Kevin Dwyer is a co-founder
and Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Pacific BioDevelopment, LLC, one
of the top consulting firms in the Biotech industry. Mr. Dwyer has over 25
years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, the last 15 years of which
have been in Regulatory Affairs. His responsibilities include providing
strategic guidance in the area Regulatory Affairs, with the primary focus on
expediting the drug development process, performing critical reviews of IND
and marketing applications (NDA, BLA), and coordinating and conducting
pivotal meetings with the regulatory authorities in the US and Europe. He
has been responsible for filing numerous INDs and marketing applications,
both in CDER and CBER. Prior to Pacific BioDevelopment, Mr. Dwyer worked for
Genentech, Inc., where he managed multiple investigational and marketed
projects. Mr. Dwyer also worked as a Research Biologist for Monsanto Co.,
and St. Louis University Medical School. He has a B.A. in Biology from St.
Louis University.
