CuisineStyle is a full service culinary company offering catered events, corporate team building and hands-on cooking parties, cooking classes, personal chef services, and consulting to the food service and retail industry.
A classically French trained chef, Pamela’s professional career ranges from restaurant management to food and beverage director for a major hotel chain, executive chef, culinary instructor, and founder and CEO of CuisineStyle by Pamela Keith.  Pamela received her grand-diplome from the Ritz-Escoffier École de Gastronomie Francaise in Paris, and worked in a number of Michelin-star restaurant kitchens including L’Espadon in the Hotel Ritz, Michel Rostang and Jacques Cagna.
Upon returning to the states, Pamela put her talents to work for Draeger’s Supermarkets, one of the country’s most renowned gourmet retailers and culinary education centers. For nearly ten years, she rose from the rank of cooking school volunteer assistant to Culinary Director and Resident Chef/Instructor.  In addition to her role as the company’s Culinary Director, Pamela created their popular line of retail packaged foods, Epicurean Classics.
CuisineStyle by Pamela Keith’s catered events boast a client list that includes celebrities, political and world figures, and rock stars. CuisineStyle’s corporate team building events are in high demand, as are the convenient personal chef services, and Pamela’s ever popular cooking classes.  In partnering with Williams-Sonoma, Pamela developed their in-store cooking class program implemented nationwide. She is also a partner with Dacor, manufacturer of high quality kitchen appliances, where as corporate chef, Pamela teaches cooking to the company’s sales team, distributors, and customers.
Pamela served as spokesperson for Nestle Specialty Foods, and has appeared on radio and television.  Featured in numerous food industry magazines, Pamela received the prestigious honor of gracing the cover of The Wine Spectator magazine.  Pamela is a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals, Les Dames Escoffier, The San Francisco Professional Food Society, and Women Chefs and Restaurateurs, and dedicates her efforts to working with charitable and non-profit organizations.
Pamela publishes a monthly e-magazine, Bringing the Art of Cooking Home, reaching several thousand subscribers, and she is a feature food writer for Relax Magazine.
