Pamela Keith is
passionate about cooking great food and sharing that food with
others, and she brings her passion to the tables of her clients
through CuisineStyle by Pamela Keith. CuisineStyle is a
full service culinary company offering catered events, corporate
team building and hands-on cooking parties, cooking classes,
personal chef services, and consulting to the food service and
retail industry.
A classically French trained chef, Pamela’s professional career
ranges from restaurant management to food and beverage director
for a major hotel chain, executive chef, culinary instructor, and
founder and CEO of CuisineStyle by Pamela Keith. Pamela received
her grand-diplome from the Ritz-Escoffier École de Gastronomie
Francaise in Paris, and worked in a number of Michelin-star
restaurant kitchens including L’Espadon in the Hotel Ritz, Michel
Rostang and Jacques Cagna.
Upon returning to the states, Pamela put her talents to work for
Draeger’s Supermarkets, one of the country’s most renowned gourmet
retailers and culinary education centers. For nearly ten years,
she rose from the rank of cooking school volunteer assistant to
Culinary Director and Resident Chef/Instructor. In addition to
her role as the company’s Culinary Director, Pamela created their
popular line of retail packaged foods, Epicurean Classics.
CuisineStyle by Pamela Keith’s catered events boast a client list
that includes celebrities, political and world figures, and rock
stars. CuisineStyle’s corporate team building events are in high
demand, as are the convenient personal chef services, and Pamela’s
ever popular cooking classes. In partnering with Williams-Sonoma,
Pamela developed their in-store cooking class program implemented
nationwide. She is also a partner with Dacor, manufacturer of high
quality kitchen appliances, where as corporate chef, Pamela
teaches cooking to the company’s sales team, distributors, and
customers.
Pamela served as spokesperson for Nestle Specialty Foods, and has
appeared on radio and television. Featured in numerous food
industry magazines, Pamela received the prestigious honor of
gracing the cover of The Wine Spectator magazine. Pamela is a
member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals,
Les Dames Escoffier, The San Francisco Professional Food Society,
and Women Chefs and Restaurateurs, and dedicates her efforts to
working with charitable and non-profit organizations.
Pamela publishes a monthly e-magazine, Bringing the Art of Cooking
Home, reaching several thousand subscribers, and she is a feature
food writer for Relax Magazine. She also shares her enthusiasm and
knowledge of cooking with food aficionados from around the world
through gastronomic tours of the Dordogne region in the Southwest
of France.
