Architect for large, complex Outsourcing solutions based on the

approach as well as a Service Delivery Manager for Outsourcing
engagements using a Distributed Delivery Framework and
onshore/offshore delivery centers in the US, India, Poland,
China.

Philippe is an enthusiastic
technologist with deep knowledge of all facets of software
development with 20 years experience as a software developer,
team leader, management consultant and technical mentor in
industries sectors ranging from chemical, energy, manufacturing
and financial services to high-tech. He has worked with
companies ranging in size from the Global Fortune 100 to
startups
Philippe is actively involved with
open source software projects as the original co-author of
EasyEclipse, as a committer on open source projects such as
Eclipse, JBoss Drools and PHPEclipse, as a contributor to open
source projects such as Joomla! and Mozilla, and as a mentor for
the Google Summer of Code.
Philippe graduated from the Institut
Superieur de Gestion, Paris, France, with a major in Business
Administration.
Marc Verstaen,
Senior Director, Oracle
Marc Verstaen begun his career at
Renault in the scientific calculation then became responsible
for the development of the scientific software. In 1991, he
decided to create his own company: "Lorienne"; the idea was to
make cartographic software developed with cartographers for
their own needs. Thanks to his new cartographic software,
Michelin managed to convert all its cards which used to be
handmade.
In 1996, Marc emigrated in United
States with an investor visa to create a subsidiary of Lorienne:
"Beatware". He managed to raise 14 million dollars with
investors interested in the Beatware’s view on the market of the
graphic applications.
In December, 2006, Marc sold "Beatware"
to Hyperion, and in February, 2007, Oracle bought Hyperion!
Remi
Vespa, outsourcing consulting, Venus Software Corp.
Remi Vespa has a track record of 25
years in the software and semiconductor industries, including
more than 10 years of experience at the CEO level. Remi acquired
his in-depth experience in the major market places (North
America, Europe and Northern Asia), where he promoted
breakthrough solutions to a wide range of companies, ranging
from small start-ups to Fortune 500.
Remi currently runs the US
operations of Venus Software Corp., the 5th largest
Chinese outsourcing company, headquartered in Shanghai.
His
former positions include President and CEO of Silicon
Recognition, a semiconductor company located in the Silicon
Valley, Senior Vice-President at Dynasty Technologies, a
Texas-based leading provider of high-end software solutions for
mission critical applications, and Vice President of Groupe IBSI,
the then arm of France Télécom in the Systems Integration arena
(over 1,500 employees).
