Christine Hoefliger
is a corporate associate in the firm's San Francisco office who concentrates
her practice in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions.
Ms. Hoefliger has experience documenting and negotiating mergers, asset
sales, and debt and equity financing transactions. She also has drafted
bank regulatory applications in connection with mergers of financial
services entities. Ms. Hoefliger provides counseling on day-to-day corporate
matters, including corporate governance issues. She previously practiced in
Paris, France, and continues to assist multinational, French, and other
foreign clients.

a corporate transactions and international business lawyer established in
Silicon Valley for 18 years.
Partner and
director of RMKB, a 130-attorney law firm with offices in California (4) New

California bars.

electronics, software, and biotechnology industries. Its clients range from
