Booking restrictions apply and due to capacity controlled seating, flexibility of travel dates may be necessary.  This is especially true during the busy travel season from mid-June through early September, and in holiday seasons (Christmas and New Years, Easter, Passover, etc.).

 Both tickets must be used on the same flights and dates.  The original of this letter must be returned to us at the time the reservations are made, and prior to ticket issuance.  Please note that this prize letter may be redeemed for transportation only by the official prize-winner and may not be sold, bartered, transferred, exchanged or purchased.  Lost, stolen or destroyed prize letters will not be replaced.

The tickets will be issued approximately ten days before departure.  The passengers are responsible for for the payment of any fuel surcharges as well as for any government imposed fees and taxes in effect at the time of ticket issuance.  Tickets are valid for three months from the outbound date of travel.  Once issued they are non-transferable, non-reroutable, non-refundable and their validity may not be extended.
 

Tickets are valid one year for travel from the date of the Event.
