Organization
The French American Chamber of Commerce is governed by a board composed of 30 members, involved in the association management. Elected for three years, each member is able to decide aspects of the organizational management in co-operation with the permanent staff. A seven member executive committee and a permanent staff (composed of one executive director and an assistant director) manage the day to day business.
