Depuis 1994, le premier lundi du mois, les francophones de la Baie se réunissent autour d'un buffet arrosé de vins français et d'un invité dont la présentation est ponctuée par les questions de Jean-Louis Gassee et de l'assistance.
Pour chacun, c'est aussi l'occasion de faire de nouvelles connaissances et d'échanger idées et contacts avec d'autres francophones.
Alain Mutricy is senior vice president of portfolio and device product management in the Mobile Devices division of Motorola Mobility. He leads a global team responsible for defining the strategy and structure of its mobile devices product portfolio.
Since 2008, Mutricy and his team have advanced a strategic focus on Android-based smartphones, including the acclaimed family of Droid by Motorola products, and others, such as Cliq, Dext and Milestone. Previously at Motorola, he led a global R&D team responsible for designing and implementing circuits, wireless chipset solutions, platform software, product software for non-CDMA products and an ecosystem strategy for mobile devices.
A founding member of the MIPI Alliance, Mutricy served as a director of the Open Mobile Alliance and board memver of Symbian UIQ. He holds an M.B.A. from HEC Paris and a master's degree in engineering from ENSAM in Paris. Prior to joining Motorola in 2007, Mutricy was with Texas Instruments.
