The J-1 visa allows international students/young professionals to come to the United States for up to 12 months as Interns or for up to 18 months as Trainees for full-time, paid exchange programs at eligible FACC member companies. 

The FACC is authorized by the State Department to sponsor eligible interns ans trainees on a J1 visa.
