Michelle Lim serves as the Human Resources Manager for Planisware USA, a global provider of Project Portfolio Management software designed for product development and R&D organizations. With over 10 years in the Human Resources field, she brings expertise in recruitment, benefits and compensation, employee relations, compliance and even immigration. Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from abroad and an HR Certificate from University of California, Irvine. Throughout her career in Human Resources on various levels, she has advocated for employees' career growth and well-being, while fostering a healthy company culture toward.
Brent McClain is Sr Director of Recruiting at Docusign and has been with the company for 3 years. Brent has spend over 12 years within the recruiting function with the bulk of his career focused on corporate sales recruiting. At Docusign, he specifically helps manages the N. America Sales recruiting efforts where his team hires for AE, AM, MDR, SE, and Customer Success openings.
Prior to Docusign, Brent spent nearly 6 years at Salesforce where he both directly recruited and managed sales recruiting teams. He is passionate about recruiting and the impact the function has on the success and growth of companies.
Brad Miller is CEO/Founder of Infotech Sourcing an IT Staffing and Consulting firm based in San Francisco’s Financial District. He is a results oriented executive with international experience in managing teams, operationalizing companies and driving profits. Previously, Mr. Miller ran the service and delivery practice for eAssist Global Solutions in London, England. While abroad, Brad ran the London office and was responsible for operational execution and sales and delivery. Brad has a track record of growing and running various organizational divisions while hiring and leading multiple cross-functional teams. He has an extensive level of exposure to a broad range of technologies and industries and the ability to build and drive profits by hiring and onboarding the right resources.
Mr. Miller is a career entrepreneur, executive, and angel investor. He actively participates in advising and consulting to startups and continues to invest seed capital while serving as an advisor. In addition, Mr. Miller enjoys real estate investing and development. Brad has a MS from Golden Gate University in Project & Systems Management with a double major in Human Resources & Organizational Mgmt from Indiana University.
