While scaling revenue with a reliable sales team can be an appealing strategy, starting often seems like a time commitment founders simply don't have time to commit. The road to a profitable and predictable sales machine is fraught with obstacles and challenges that leaves many companies spending more money than they put in.
Sales should be built like a machine, and all the parts need to move in sync to move things forward. We will cover the different elements that are required to make sure sales take off quickly, stay consistent, and scale predictably. Most importantly, we will explore the different obstacles that can derail your strategy, and how to avoid them.
ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
Basile and Jason started StackFit to lend their 11 years of experience in rapidly growing SaaS sales to help new companies unlock their revenue potential. Together, they have grown and scaled successful sales organizations from scratch, and are still helping them grow to this day. Basile, who was born and raised in France and grew his career in the US, brings sharp sales skills and extensive experience architecting and systemizing sales processes. Jason has developed sales messaging and trained hundreds of sales reps in leading organization - he understands first hand how to build teams that win consistently.
