Tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable. The French-American Chamber of Commerce of San Francisco will not be held liable and no reimbursement will be made, if the Event is cancelled as a result of a Force Majeure event or any extraordinary circumstance beyond the control of the Chamber, such as an earthquake, flood, or other act of God, war, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), civil war or strike, riot, national state of emergency, act of terrorism, rebellion, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes, plague or other sanitary emergency, acts of governments or other local authorities. In such case, the Chamber shall make commercially reasonable efforts to reorganize the Event at a subsequent date and/or alternate venue and your tickets will be valid for such re-scheduled or alternate Event.
You agree that you and any person accompanying you at the Event accept all risks that you may face to your personal safety or property loss while attending the Event or on the way to or from and outside of or within the event venue. The Chamber shall not be liable for any loss of your property or personal injury and you agree to waive any claims against the Chamber relating to such risks.
