Joel Barbier
Director, Customer Zero at Cisco IT
Joel Barbier is a director in the Customer Zero and Technology Excellent innovation arm of Cisco IT, and a visiting scholar at the Global Center for Digital Business Transformation, an IMD and Cisco initiative. Joel is co-author of Orchestrating Transformation: How to Deliver Winning Performance with a Connected Approach to Change, and a key contributor to 2016's award-winning Digital Vortex. He develops strategic and value insights for Cisco customers’ digital transformation. Joel holds an M.B.A. (University of Cologne) and an M.S. (HEC Graduate School of Management, Paris)
Laurie du Boullay
Head of Culture at Dataiku
After graduating as a computer scientist, and a few years working as consultant in IT in France, Laurie relocated to the USA.
Passionate about company culture and growth, Laurie served as COO, startup coach for the French accelerator Impact USA, and is today the Head of Culture at Dataiku, a muti-awarded company for it's culture.
Alexandre Fretti
Managing Director at Malt
Alexandre Fretti is 40 years old and graduated from Telecom Bretagne (2003) and Stanford (Executive MBA class of 2017). He started his career as a strategy consultant with Deloitte and McKinsey & Company. In 2006, he joined Webhelp and became Managing Director ten years later. He participated in the transformation of one of the most beautiful French unicorns by increasing the turnover from €30 million when he joined to €1.5 billion when he left. In 2017, Alexandre Fretti received the Next Leader Awards and made it into the Choiseul ranking. In 2020, he joined Malt, the freelance consulting marketplace, as Managing Director to make it the European leader in the freelance market.
