We sponsor J-1 visas in Hospitality & Tourism!

Great news! The FACC network is pleased to announce that we can now sponsor J-1 visa intern and trainee Exchange Visitors in the Hospitality and Tourism occupational category!

We are happy to offer this opportunity to expand partnerships with companies in the food, beverage, hospitality & tourism industry within our network. This designation will allow us to sponsor interns or trainees for roles in catering, at hotel front desks and guest relations, as well as sommeliers, chefs, line cooks and more.

Intern and trainee programs in Hospitality and Tourism both have a maximum duration of 12 months in the U.S. per DoS regulations. DoS requires that the Exchange Visitor be on site at least 3 days a week with a supervisor in the same field to ensure bona-fide training.
