About Jean-Pierre Giovanni, Vice President & General Manager at Bucher Vaslin North America
After a professional career in North America spanning logistics, financial services and technology, JP came back to his early passion in wine by taking the helm of Saverglass in North America in 2009.
After several leadership roles in glass packaging, including the re-launch of Verallia in the US, JP joined Bucher Vaslin, the world leader in wine processing and winemaking equipment where he leads Bucher Vaslin North America expansion, not only geographically but also product-wise by marketing other premium French brands in winery equipment and winemaking products. Bucher Vaslin is lucky to count the majority of North America premium wine brands as its customers and it continues to expand into other segments of the wine industry.
